Priory Park
Reigate Priory Park had its Food Festival on Saturday 25th July.
It was a great family event where people brought blankets and picnics and had a whale of a time.
The street food stalls were amazing and the beer was flowing. There was a local microbrewery as well as stalls with various wines, ciders and even a local prize-winning gin distilled by Silent Pool distillers.
There was even live music and cookery demonstrations.
As I am a foodie, my highlight of the day was the food demonstration by local chef Tony Tobin of the Dining Room. It was a fun day.
Priory Park is very well maintained with its secure playground for youngsters which has a pirate ship climbing frame, there is a skateboard park and even free tennis courts.
It is excellent all round and there is something for everyone, including a great café.
